Dr. Claire Dosenberry is a Board-Certified Veterinary Dentist™ whose passion for animal dentistry is matched only by her commitment to providing exceptional care for her patients. She is a born and rasied Michigander who graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in veterinary medicine in 2010. After completing a year-long internship at the Veterinary Referral and Emergency Center in Norwalk, Connecticut, she spent more than 10 years in primary care where she developed a passion for dentistry. She then went on to earn her specialty through an intensive three-year residency under the mentorship of Dr. Ben Colmery, one of the founders of veterinary dentistry.
Dr. Dosenberry believes that oral health is essential to an animal's overall well-being and quality of life. She is dedicated to helping pets live healthier, more comfortable lives through advanced dental care, from preventive treatment to complex oral and maxillofacial procedures. She values working closely with pet owners and referring veterinarians to develop individualized treatment plans that achieve the best possible outcomes.
Known for her meticulous attention to detail and gentle approach, Dr. Dosenberry combines the latest techniques in veterinary dentistry with genuine compassion for every patient she treats. She considers it a privilege to improve the comfort and quality of life of the animals entrusted to her care.

Stephanie has 13 years of experience in the veterinary field. She started as a veterinary assistant and moved into management 6 years ago. She knows that the heart of any great veterinary practice is its team—and that’s what inspired her to become a certified veterinary practice manager. Realizing just how crucial a positive, supportive staff culture is to providing exceptional care for both pets and their owners, she decided to take on the role of keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. She balances her time between her teenage daughter, her husband, and enjoying the great outdoors. Stephanie is also a proud pet parent to 5 dogs and a bearded dragon. With her unique blend of humor, leadership, and love for animal welfare, Stephanie is always here to make your visit to Great Lakes Veterinary Dentistry a positive one.
